Donna L. Bond

Chief Operations Officer

Donna Bond has over 20 years of legal experience. Since joining the firm in 2013, Donna has been involved in strategic business initiatives, implementing and managing operational policies and procedures and assisting Directors in decision-making, management, and program implementation, as well as all phases of administration, personnel, finances, facilities, technology, and security. Donna previously worked as Legal Secretary and Office Administrator for Hobbs, Straus, Dean & Walker, LLP. She also served as Executive Assistant/Office Manager for the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce Membership Department, then served on a team for a newly launched program, IndEx OK, tasked with training and placing participants in long term employment in the industrial industry. Donna served as a Procurement Officer for the Oklahoma State Board of Education for 10 years. Donna is an active member of the Oklahoma Chapter of ALA and served on the Board, she is also a long term member of the ALA National Chapter. In her free time, Donna loves to travel and spend time with family and grandchildren.
