Donna L. Bond, COO
Donna has over twenty years of legal experience. Since joining the firm in 2013, Donna has been involved in strategic business initiatives, implementing and managing operational policies and procedures and assisting Directors in decision-making, management, and program implementation, as well as all phases of administration, personnel, finances, facilities, technology, and security. Donna previously worked as Legal Secretary and Office Administrator for Hobbs, Straus, Dean & Walker, LLP. She also served as Executive Assistant/Office Manager for the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce Membership Department, then served on a team for a newly launched program, IndEx OK, tasked with training and placing participants in long term employment in the industrial industry. Donna served as a Procurement Officer for the Oklahoma State Board of Education for ten years. Donna is also an active member of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, where she served on the Board as Secretary. In her free time, Donna enjoys traveling to tropical destinations where she loves spending time on the beach, playing Pickleball, cooking, and spending time with friends and family including many adorable grandchildren.
