Crystal A. Johnson, J.D.

With over fifteen years of experience in the legal field, Crystal has honed her skills in a variety of practice areas, including real estate transactions, entity structure and formation, commercial leasing, capital fundraising, acquisitions and mergers, and commercial litigation. In addition to her law degree, Crystal also holds a Real Estate Broker’s license. As a Real Estate Broker and investor, Crystal has a broad perspective that allows her to provide uniquely insightful counsel to clients. Crystal earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma, where she served as a Managing Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review, graduated with the highest honors, finished in the top 10 in her class, and was awarded Membership in the Order of the Coif for outstanding academic performance. In law school, Crystal also interned for the Honorable Joe Heaton in the Western District of Oklahoma. Prior to joining Resolution Legal Group, Crystal practiced complex commercial litigation at Conner & Winters, LLP, where she gained knowledge that has proven invaluable in her current role. Crystal is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas Sam Walton College of Business, where she graduated with honors in just two years. Crystal has gained recognition as an Oklahoma Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2018, 2020, and 2022; was named among the Best Lawyers in America in the 2025 and 2026 edition in Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, Labor and Employment Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation; and was named in 405 Magazine’ list of Top Attorneys in 2022.

When she is not working, she hopes to be exploring new hiking trails, camping in national parks, snow skiing, or playing tennis, volleyball, or participating in any other friendly competition. Crystal is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church where she serves on the Children’s Ministry Committee and is a Deacon. She is a mother of three young children and is married to Jeremy Johnson, a pediatric surgeon at OU Children’s Hospital where he also serves as the Director of Trauma.
