Anne E. Zachritz, J.D.

Anne was born and raised in Oklahoma City and has lived in Mesta Park for many years and has enjoyed participating in the revitalization of this historic neighborhood. Anne joined Resolution Legal Group in 2018, having practiced law with Andrews Davis, P.C. for almost 20 years, practicing in the areas of labor and employment and civil litigation. Anne consults with management in a variety of employment law issues, including claims of employment discrimination and harassment, unemployment compensation claims, representing employers before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission as well as in litigation in federal and state courts. She advises management on litigation avoidance, from best workplace practices, preparing and updating employee handbooks and policies, drafting and enforcing employment agreements and nondisclosure agreements, as well as investigating workplace disputes, including investigations involving harassment in the workplace. Anne graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University where she was active in the Pi Beta Phi sorority and spent many weekends skiing. Although Anne spent many summers in the Brainerd lakes region of Minnesota, she never experienced a Minnesota winter until she moved to Minneapolis after graduating from college. While living in Minnesota, she decided to change careers and join other family members in a career in law. She received her J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law). She is admitted to practice in state courts in Oklahoma, Texas and Minnesota and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, the Northern District of Texas, and the District of Minnesota, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Anne is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. She is also a fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation. She has been named an Oklahoma Super Lawyer since 2008 and a Best Lawyer in the areas of labor and employment litigation and employee benefits and has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Anne serves on the boards of directors of several local non-profit corporations and served on the City of Oklahoma City’s Historic Preservation Commission from 2013-2021. In her free time, Anne enjoys spending time with friends and family (including a scrappy yet precious dog found in downtown OKC early on Christmas morning in 2007), gardening, traveling and, as a life-long OU Sooner fan, attending OU football games.
