Max J. Rhodes, J.D.
Max Rhodes' practice focuses primarily on contract law, real estate law and general litigation. Mr. Rhodes has represented companies and individuals in a variety of matters involving real estate, secured transactions and corporate structuring. In an era of increasing governmental regulation, he is also aware of the regulatory issues that businesses regularly face on the national and state levels and advises clients on how to be proactive and create practical solutions to ensure compliance.
Mr. Rhodes graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in Finance. A 2010 graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Mr. Rhodes attended the summer study program at Oxford University in Oxford, England and was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. Prior to joining Resolution Legal Group, Mr. Rhodes was an associate at Baer, Timberlake, Coulson & Cates where he was a member of the litigation department. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association, where he is a member of the Real Property Law Section.
Mr. Rhodes currently serves as an instructor at First Tee of Metropolitan Oklahoma City, an organization that teaches life skills to adolescents through the game of golf. He lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Abby.
